Direct Spaces Release Notes 1.27

ClosedRequirements

To ensure your users are benefiting from the newest features, enhancements, and fixes, EMS Software recommends that you upgrade to the most current release of your EMS product.

You now need the .NET Framework 4.8 on the application server.

You only need the latest downloads for any component since they are cumulative.

If you want to get a Direct Spaces license contact your Accruent account executive.

Improvements and issues fixed

Component Summary

Booking Assistant

When you book a room beyond the configured booking limit, you now receive an error message indicating the date is out of the allowed booking range, ensuring clarity on availability.

Scheduling

Your assigned security template now controls the visibility of Everyday User and Event Name. If your permissions restrict access to these attributes, they will not display when you view meetings in Browse Locations, ensuring consistency with the Web App's privacy settings.

Facilities

If your room selection exceeds the permitted maximum for a reservation, an error message now alerts you to the limit. To proceed, adjust your selection to the allowed number of rooms.
